From long term storage in my garage. And destined to be there for much longer if it were up to me... but recent health issues indicate to me that it is time to unload! ( Or so my wife says that is what they indicate.) This car has been updated mechanically as you can see from the photos. The good: high efficiency header and performance exhaust are both new (well they were new when car was stored!). New calipers on front.... aluminum period valve cover... high performance shocks. Interior is in decent shape. All leather looks usable and no wear in back seats. Tires are all old and need replaced. Volvo virgo wheels are good. As far as I can remember .... the car is complete. The nose ring is not good... could be repaired and I will have to find it some where in garage. There is a complete 72 wagon to go along with this car. THAT'S RIGHT.... BUY ONE AND GET THE OTHER .. ALL FOR THE SAME MONEY. I almost forgot. I bought the blue 72 wagon as a parts car.... no title. It has air and that is essentially why I bought it. It comes with the yellow car. The bad: The rockers need replaced and does the jacking strut. The floors dont look bad ...see photo. But I have original volvo steel to replace the rocker panels and secondary skins for that which needs replacing. The passengers rear quarter was removed and is riveted on .. awaiting the rocker panel replacements. It is solid. I cant think of anything else... but you are free to call for details 812-333-6951. The yellow car is not far .... but needs welding and paint. It will be a very unusual ride when finished. It drove into the garage der its own power in the 1990s and is just now resurfacing The blue wagon is only worthy of being mounted on a pole by the highway to get you some attention. You can do whatever you want with it. I know they both are rare.... but time is the issue for me. So... buy one and get one free. How often do you see that? Let me know if there is anything more I can tell you. But... no I wont sell this to an overseas address. No I wont take a check from your friend for more than the amount. No, I wont stop the auction early. Yes, I will do what I can to help you collect the cars. A $500 non refundable deposit will be needed 24 hrs post auction to secure purchase.
