Up for sale is my 1966' standard 11 window VW bus. It is a walk-through, and has seats for 7. Rear bench also folds into a bed (rock n roll bed) Here are the highlights: Good: -Dry Colorado bus- lived in Durango for as long as I know -Clean title in my name -Solid floors/undercarrige -Strong running 40hp w/alternator -Brakes are good, electric works (lights, blinkers, etc). -Good tires -No big dents or rust (one cargo door has a dent- replacement is included) -6 popout windows Not so good: -Sunroof was cut into the roof in the past- now patched up with sheetmetal. My idea was to get a hotrod ragtop sunroof for it (I can provide the info on the company that sells these). -Interior needs finishing -Dent in cargo door (I have a replacement door included that is rust free- just needs a bit of smoothing work -Battery tray needs replacing (works fine patched as it is now) - Small hole in passenger floor- easy patch, 2 small holes in cargo floor from sink? -Could use a paint job! -I am sure there is bondo in the rockers and maybe the corners- but nothing has cracked or bubbled at all. -Various other small things it needs- speedo cable, front heat tube installed (included), headliner, etc. Located in Loveland, Colorado. You can fly in and drive it home (if you don't mind driving at 60mph) - it runs great- just took it 250 miles round trip to some local VW shows! I will help ship worldwide- no problem- I think it is about $800 to ship to California. I will take a $500 non-refundable deposit by Paypal- but the balance has to be bank deposit or cash.
