NO RESERVE!! Up for sale is an excellent original condition 1976 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. This car has been in the family since it was new and it is now time for it to move on to a new home. Very low miles, well maintained this car runs and drives very well and has spent its life in a heated garage and has never seen rain or snow. Featuring all original paint and interior this car is a true show piece. I am selling this car for my Aunt who lives in MO (I am in Southern California). Someone has asked if any warning lights are illuminated on the dashboard and I can confirm that this is not the case. The car is in very good shape, and runs and drives very well. However, it has not been driven very much in the last couple of years as is reflected in the extremely low mileage. She does start it occasionally and drives it around her complex, just to keep the fluids moving etc. It does need a couple of items attended to but both the Buy It Now and the Starting Bid reflect what should be a very good buy on this car as pristine examples run in the $25k+ range with much higher mileage. Disclosures: The passenger window does stick, it was serviced a few years back and the following was done: "Door glass inoperative, found power window brake assemblies not working, replaced brakes. Repair grounds to motors & switches. Clean switches, clean & lubricate tracks & gearing. Clean & service power Junctions. Repair wiring contact points & when needed resoldered connections" My aunt was advised that without regular usage, this model is known for the windows sticking. Since a lot of work was already done, I would imagine that this should be fairly minor and having the car put back into more regular use could clear the problem up. The tires were replaced back in 2003. While they do look good and have plenty of tread, just due to the age of the tires I would advise replacing them prior to putting the car into use. My aunt also commented that the brakes felt a bit weak when she recently drove it so these may require attention. There is one small scratch near the wheel, which is pictured. Again, the price on the car reflects the fact that it has not been in regular service over the last few years but it does start right up, runs well and is completely driveable. With just a little TLC this grand old lady will be someones pride and joy.
