Welcome to SLC AUCTION CO This will be the easiest transaction you have ever completed on eBay! You are bidding on my 1968 Coronet 440. I have spent the past 4 years resoring this car and have other financial obligations. I estimate I have put $39,000.00 into this beauty. It needs a few finishing touches and it will be showroom quality. Missing itmes include: lock for trunk, interior post trim for the front window, Needs to be cut and buffed, under hood needs paint, right front fender needs minor repair, speed shifter needs to be hooked up i.e. smaller starter so cable will connect. I have had the car professionaly painted. New rear quarter panels were leaded in. Car has 3 coats of paint. (sublime green). 4 coats of clear making it a beauty. It is a very clean paint job. All door jams perfectly alligned. Front and rear bumpers rechromed and window trim front and rear rechromed as well. Rebuilt 383 6.3L motor with Demon carburetor. Aluminum valve covers, Purple cam, Aluminum radiator, Porcelain headers with 3" exaust, an X pipe and flow 40's. Between the cam and exaust the car sounds great. I completely rebuilt the front end with a sway bar. New disc breaks all the way around. New 727 bullet proof transmition with a shift kit. New rear end sure grip with 430 gears. New Foose rims with new tires. 20's on rear, 18's on front. It is still in its break in stage with only around 500 miles since its completion. It is heart breaking to sell this car because I have put so much time, effort and money into it. Car is currently insured and registered. I have been driving it (babying it) to break it in.Car is located within 30 miles of the Salt Lake City area. There is a few pieces of trim missing i.e.: the scoop trim and fromt windshield bottom trim. I also have new inside door panels front and back still in box. Answer to a question: the tires has the same miles as engine. Car is has a non matching number engine. Origionally a small block car. Every where I go this car gets a lot of attention.
