You are viewing a very good example of an unrestored, but preserved Ranchero. My son and I found this in a city near us stored under a carport. The gentleman that had it is a car collector and took very good care of this Ranchero although it was used for it's intended purpose. It had 69K miles on it when he bought it and it now has 74855 miles. He has purchased a full size pickup and no longer wants this. 1973 Ford Ranchero 500 302-2V engine Auto. Trans. 74855 original miles Aftermarket, but dealer installed A/C (needs recharging) AM radio The Ranchero runs very well and could be driven anywhere in my opinion. My son drove it daily to work and it is Va. inspected. I did not see any leaks. The trans. shifts as it should. The engine still has it's original badges as shown. The car is not without it's faults for a 39 year old. outside No signs of bondo, but the passenger's side front fender appears to have been dinged at one time. Looks like it was hammered out. Rear tailgate on the right side has a small ding. The passenger's side door is starting to show some rust on each bottom corner. Both bumper's have bad surface rust and the front bumper has rust through on both sides as shown. The paint is in need of rejuvenation. The "Ranchero 500" badges and the "Ford" tailgate badge were removed, but I have them as shown. inside: The dash cap is cracked badly as shown. Dash cover included. The carpet is very worn, especially on the driver's side. No headliner. Tear in seat on passenger's side as shown. The floor pans are in excellent condition. Ask all questions before bidding.
