Vehicle Detail

Pretty decent looking 1975 Audi 100 LS with 157,000 Miles.Speedometer works but jumpy. Runs and drives pretty good, it does have some rust on rear wheel arches and in the strut towers in the trunk. I did see a floorboard patch under the backseat area around the battery, and some under the radiator support. I installed a new MSD coil, points, rotor, cap, plugs. It will need a few vacuum lines replace because they are dry rotted. It could have been repainted some time in its life. I'm not a Body guy so I don't have a clue. I was going to install bags on the car and make it a vintage cruiser but I have to many VW's sitting around. car has a new battery and an ignition switch that is really touchy with the starter. This car will need a wiper motor, and eventually a headlight switch. Everything else works pretty well. Tires are around 60% and show nearly even wear. steering it tight. even the e-brake works. The strut tower rust in the trunk is on the edge of just being cosmetic and would eventually need some attention on the driver side. I can get pictures of what ever you need. I can assist in a transport pickup if the buyer schedules. US buyers only, I prefer cash on pickup but if we're shipping paypal will work. Car is sold AS-IS with a clean OHIO title. I would suggest towing the car over a long distance until the vac line have been replaced. On Jul-15-12 at 05:29:23 PDT, seller added the following information: **Update** Please check out the new pictures, I also found out after someone checked the car top to bottom that it has a few more issue then I stated. It has a fuel leak around the fuel pump area where a patch was placed, It drips about on drip every 10 to 15 mins. It has a split CV Joint boot on the passenger side, and it has another floorboard patch under the driver side foot area. The ebay bidder that looked at it said it was nothing out of the ordinary for a car with this age. And I also Fail to mention above about an exhaust leak. It appears the clamp from the downpipe to the rear pipe is slipping off and causing the pipe to leak. I might put a new clamp on it but just wanted to get that out on here before reserve gets met. I have included a movie on www.youtube of the car. Click here to see a walk around and it running. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLx-TMMQQqY&feature=channel&list=UL
