Vehicles are listed, described and advertised with information received from previous owners and/or what we notice during the short time we have in our posession. We typically DO NOT know any history, service records, previous repairs or previous issues with these items.....what we know will be listed in the ad.....AND......obviously we cannot predict any future problems, issues or breakdowns on any used vehicle. All items are sold as-is and no warranties are given or implied unless otherwise stated in the ad (some of our vehicles qualify for our warranty program and we will clearly state that in the ad if that is the case), otherwise sold as-is, where is and no guarantees. (We cannot predict any future problems or breakdowns). We are not your typical "used car dealer" that plays games.....we will do our best to show and tell you everything we know and see with each vehicle. If its got problems, we will tell you. If it has damage, we will tell you. If it has title problems, we will tell you. If we see it, notice it or are told it by previous owner, we will tell you. We do all of our EBAY auctions as a NO RESERVE Auction......this means NO high starting bid, NO rediculous asking price and NO games......High bidder wins the auction and buys the item for his/her winning bid! This means that YOU determine the sale price of the item and we sell the item regardless of the final price.........this has been our policy for over 10 years now on ebay and we find that it works very well for our customers. Our other strong policy is that we DO NOT end auctions early, no matter what! Item up for auction: 2007 Suzuki QuadSport LTZ400 Item description, features and options: Electric start, manual transmission with clutch, 4 stroke, reverse, lights, Limited Edition Black/Red color scheme, factory painted frame, etc......Original owners manuals/books included as well as 2 full faced MX helmets. 1-Owner machine with less than 20 hours on it!! ALL factory, stock and ORIGINAL! Adult owned, ridden 5-6 times in his yard....that's it. Garage kept and covered. Tire condition: Original and still like new. Body/Exterior condition: Plastic and seat in excellent shape!! NO cracks or breaks or tears. Hardly even a scratch or scuff! Still looks excellent! Underneath condition: Frame also in excellent shape......hardly a scratch on the frame paint!! As new as any 2007 could possibly be folks! Paint condition: Still like new. Mechanical condition: Again, STILL LIKE NEW! Runs, drives and works 110% like new. No marks on engine, no leaks, no wear and even the chain still retains most of the original factory lube on it!!! Does have a brand new battery as the old one was getting weak due to age. Mileage status: N/A Title status: All original paperwork but never titled, however, if you want a title, I can get one within a few days since I am a licensed dealer. Otherwise, you will get bill of sale and notarized receipt/paperwork......I leave that up to you. Other notes: A 2007 that looks, rides, runs and works like a brand new one....the only difference is that this one is not $7 grand!!!!
