You are viewing a Very High End Driver. Since its complete frame off documented rebuild in 2001-2002 this MG has always been garaged. It is only used for car shows and cruise-ins or an occassional parade. At 77350 miles we did a very extensive engine overhaul complete with new pistons, rings etc. During the overhaul we also got rid of the old style oil filter and replaced it with the screw on type. Also replaced the water pump with a new one. All chrome has been re-chromed and is new in appearance. I have several trophies which will go to the buyer. Tyres are in excellect condition. All canvass is in new condition . I have the origional work shop manual which goes with the car. Sale includes full tonneau cover (new condition). In the Moss catalog under Lock Kits part #401-200 and part #401-100. needs to be replaced as the gear that turns the outside door handles from the inside are pretty worn and should be replaced. The inside latches work fine. I misplaced the hand crank to start the engine (never used it anyway) but will give it to the buyer if found. This is a beautiful automoble. See the attached pictures and judge for your self. I'm selling the "G" only because I'm getting to old and have a hard time getting in and out of it.
