Vehicle Detail

This beautiful 1974 Dodge Charger SE Brougham has been mine for over 10 years now and it's time for her to move on. I had paint and body work done on her, that work was completed in April 2011 and was not done with a bunch of bondo to hide flaws, this one is all solid (there was no work needed in the trunk). The following have been rebuilt/replaced from most to least recently: Carburetor (still original Carter 2bbl), starter (mini rather than original size now), windshield wipers, brake booster and master cylinder, all of the brake fluid was replaced when the master cylinder/booster was done, and the fuel pump. The odometer shows 30xxx miles, neither I nor the private seller I bought the car from knows if that # is original or if it has rolled over, I've put less than 15k mi on her and she runs/starts great. She does smoke very little on startup if she's been sitting for a few days. I was told that the car came from California originally and I know it has been kept out of the elements since I've had it so the Iowa winters have not had their way with this beauty. I didn't even need any penetrating oil or rust buster to loosen the brake bleeder screws. I have been driving her almost daily since the weather has gotten nice and haven't had any problems but a blown tire which is why not all 4 of the rally wheels aren't on her. A set of turbine wheels like the General Lee had will go with the car. I would be comfortable driving her on any road trip. She is a great ride but isn't perfect, the driver's seat does have some wear, the radio (AM only) is currently not working but has in the not so distant past, a new vinyl top needs to be put on and the trunk seal needs to be replaced. I have the original of both to use for a starting point for replacement. The car does have factory A/C and cruise but the cruise hasn't worked since I've had it and the A/C needs charged (the car will come with a can of R-12 (yes, R-12), I just don't have the gauges available to put it in. The windshield wipers have been replaced as indicated above and the motors (actuator and squirter) do work and the linkage is all there but the original rubber/plastic pieces that tied the linkage are not there and I have not been able to find replacements. I keep Rain-X on the windshield and haven't had any problems driving in the rain. The rear defrost used to work but isn't now. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like another angle for pictures. I will not arrange shipping and payment will need to be made in full before the car will be released to anyone. Thanks for looking and have a blessed day,William
