This is a original condition, non- repainted Trans Am GTA. The car has been in storage for the past few years and yes, the milage is correct at 44k. The Car's exterior is Black, the interior is Black and the Trim is Black. (Triple Black) Body: The Condition of the body is excellent. The Front and Back bumpers are clean and no road rash. There is no rust on the car. Paint is faded and needs to be buffed. There is some aging to the paint, so it isn't perfect. The T Tops are in real nice shape. The gaskets are in nice shape too. Time has taken it's toll on the rubber rear spoiler and it will need to be replaced. Engine Compartment: The car has a 350 tuned port engine. The car starts up and runs nice. The engine bay is complete and nothing has been removed. The engine cooling fans have been attended to and turn on at the proper tempeture. There was also a new throttle positioning sensor put into the car. It is running great. The AC compressor turns over, but doesn't engage. I suspect that it needs refrigerant. Interior: The seats and carpet are in new condition. Everything a low mileage car is suppose to be. There is no damage to the dash. Door panels are very nice. There is a bolt in the "tilt" of the steering wheel that needs to be tighted. The pull down for the rear hatch works, but needs attention. I can put a vise grip on it to prevent it from moving and it pulls the lid dow fine, but without the mechanism firmly clamped, it doesn't hood pull the hatch down. ( I included a picture of it) It will need some TLC. All the gages work fine. Wheels: The tires are like new condition they have almost all the tread on them. The rims are in excellent shape there is no pitting or corrosion. Pictures of Imperfections: I have a picture of a paint chip on the hood, there is a pictures of the rear spoiler and the weathering I tried to describe and there is a picture of the trunk lock. It is a no reserve aution, therefore; buyers should only bid. I would think you could fill it up with gas and drive it home, (cross country) but like any old car, it is always better to drive it around town before going on a long trip.
