For those truck enthusiasts looking for a cool truck to own...here it is. This 65 Ford F-100 runs great! The body is in good condition with a black primer body and a red roof. The interior sports black paint on the doors and dash with some red accents...looks really nice. Only headliner and carpet need to be added. This truck has the straight six cylinder engine with the 3 speed (3 on the tree) on the steering column. It cruises about 70 mph on the freeway on overdrive with no problems. There are a couple of areas on the truck that have rust- the rain gutter and a few small holes on the cab floor. The bed is covered with plywood. It has the "Twin I-Beam" suspension up front and lowering shackles in the rear. The bed was cut for the longer shackles (see picture). The previous owner said that the engine was rebuilt about 16K miles ago but no paperwork to show for it. All gauges and lights work (gas gauge sometimes sticks). It comes with a clean CA title. We will help with shipping or just drive it home. Truck is also listed locally so we reserve the right to end the auction early. Paypal can be used for the deposit, but not full payment unless you pay the fee. There are $195 in DMV fees (registration was due in January).
