Auctioning my uncle's truck with no reserve. He can no longer drive. It has been sitting for three years. There are no batteries and it might need work to start.There is no rot to the body, minor bubble rust starting on top of the bed wheel well, not much rust showing for the age. The underside looks impressive including the front and rear suspensions, exhaust, frame and tires, definitely heavy duty and rust free. I wire tied the grill on for the pics, needs new one. The power windows probably don`t work. This soon to be vintage F250 could be a good truck again for the right mechanic. All paperwork included. The truck will go to the winning bidder in as is, where is, not running condition for cash and must be towed away. Thanks for looking and bid to win.On Jun-27-12 at 05:44:03 PDT, seller added the following information: When I opened the truck up to clean it out, I noticed a rust through hole on the passenger side rocker panel as seen on the newer picture. That is the only rust through on the whole truck and it is repairable. The truck has been repainted at some point in time with metallic paint that still looks good. To answer questions, the truck is in great condition for it's age and was running fine when the batteries were removed to prevent my uncle from driving it with his illness. A new picture of the motor has been added and it is a 6.9 liter and appears to be in good condition and should run again without much effort. The truck has been sitting and I cannot guarantee the quality of the diesel fuel or anything else pertinent to running. The truck has not leaked any of it's fluids during the time it was sitting. It is a good looking truck that should be a good workhorse for heavy duty towing or work. I am trying to avoid bringing anyone to the house at this time of duress and I feel that the pictures speak for themselves.
