SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY CAR IS BEING SOLD AS A PROJECT CAR AND AS IS. 289 engine. V8. Car does not run. Engine is in but car has not run in over 20 years. The car has been stored in the garage. There is no carburetor. Needs new tires. Front fenders are fiberglass. There is an am/fm radio and 8-track player. Black vinyl roof. Small dent in back bumper. Was spicing up the cobra shaker scoop but never finished. The engine has about 4000 miles on it after it was rebuilt. A 289 punched out to 13 to 1 with heads milled and with heavier race springs. I had a mild street cam installed Ed Iskenderian Ford 221-302 Grind 280 HYD. That's all I know about the cam. Highrise manifold Edelbrock Torker. Ford positraction rear end 9 inch 3.89 ratio and the axles are 1 inch shorter with Strange Engineering axles. Strange Engineering set up the axle for the car. Low to no rust. There is some paint missing on the drivers side on the front side of the car. I did repaint the car in the early 1980's. After that car has not been in the snow. Brakes locked up from sitting. The seats that are in the car are from a 1967 cougar. I do have seats from a 67 mustang but they need to be reupholstered and repaired. They are included with this auction. The intake manifold is in place for pictures. It needs gaskets and mounting. Lifters need to be readjusted. The car has headers and duel exhaust. One area of the floor on drivers and passengers side has been repaired with sheet metal. I purchased the car in 1975. Please remember this is a project car and has not run in over 20 years.
