2009 Smart Passion Cabriolet in Very Nice Condition, Looking for a New Home due to a Relocation. The Car has what is called an Automated Manual 5-Speed Transmission. One can drive the car as if it has either an automatic transmission or it can be driven as a manual transmission utilizing either steering wheel, paddle shifters or use the floor mounted shifter. Adult Owned and Operated, Non-Smoking Vehicle with Clean Title. The car has just had it's 60K mile service done at the local Smart Dealer in Hartford. (All Service had been done by them). No known problems or re-occurring maintenance issues to speak of. The car has been in no accidents or other minor incidents. No issues with the automatic roof...no tears or cuts in the roof whatsoever. There are some small scratches on the inside passenger door handle and some other light scratches on the inside plastic of the inside tail gate (see pictures). The only reason the car is being sold is due to a relocation to Hawaii (you may notice a Hawaiian theme throughout the vehicle). All manuals, 2 key fobs (4 button smart keys with fresh batteries) are also included.
