Up for auction here is a 1992 Ford Explorer XLT. This is a fairly nice vehicle that just has a lot of miles (172266). The exterior is in very good condition for its age and the interior is also in good conditon for its age. This vehicle has leather seats and the front seats are both power seats. Both front seats have a couple of smaller tears in them. The drivers seat is torn on the edge and the passenger seat has a tear in the middle of the seat (see pictures). The wheels are in good shape but are mismatched. As you can see in the pictures the front two wheels are the same and the rear two wheels are the same. I will now list both the good and bad things about this vehicle. First the good; It just recently had a tune up (plugs, wires, and fuel filter), and about 6 months ago had new radius arm bushings installed and a front end alignment done. The brakes are in good condition and the front tires have about 25-30% tread left but the rear tires have 75-80% tread left. The door panels are all in really good shape and the center console armrest is in very good condition as well. Now for the not good things; the fuel gauge and tachometer don't work, overdrive on the transmission works occaisionally (meaning doesn't work most of the time--have to drive it in drive not overdrive), and the drivers door hinge pins and bushings need replaced (I have these that will go with the vehicle). My daughter used to drive this daily but just got herself a newer vehicle so we don't need this around anymore. I am open to any and all reasonable offers.
