1986 TVR 280i (Tasmin)  Convertible No Reserve Project or Parts Car - As-Is Great looking and very rare 1980's British hand built sports  car with a fiberglass body over a tubular steel chassis. Built by TVR in  Blackpool England this one has only 31k miles but is in poor shape and will  certainly need chassis work as its quite rusty. The fiberglass body is in decent  shape and quite easily restorable by the look of it. The car is powered by a  Bosch fuel injected Ford V6 and has a 4 speed gearbox, parts of the engine  compartment like wiring and fuel lines are disconnected so the engine will not  crank or start at present, I would assume it needs a rebuild as its been sitting  a long time. The rear axle has inboard disc brakes as it was factory sourced  from Jaguar. This car also has A/C, white mesh alloy wheels and a two section  removable top. It appears to be complete although some parts were removed to  start a restoration and are in boxes. The windshield is cracked and the  passenger door glass is broken. The drivers door handle doesn't work and will  need reconnecting. As can be seen in the pics the left headlamp is stuck in the  up position. The interior is rough and will need to be redone.
