However, with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective, so we recommend that the potential buyer fly out to inspect as well as test drive any of the vehicles before finalizing purchase. All vehicles are sold in "AS IS" condition. However, extended warranty options are available on most vehicles. In regards to winning bidders and Buy Now option customers: If the vehicle is not as represented upon personal inspection, We will promptly refund your deposit. The only fee associated with the sale is a $395.00 dealer prep fee which covers processing of paperwork, pre vehicle delivery costs, cleanup, fedex, etc and a 30 day temporary registration; so the vehicle can be driven prior to transfer of title in your area, a 10% deposit must be received within 3 business days of auction ending and the balance within 7 business days of auction ending , unless other arrangements are made in writing. Pertaining to non ebay winners, anyone with a deposit but the sale is pending financing, 3rd party inspection or any other contingency, the said vehicle will not be held and is subject to be sold at any time, until all contingencies are removed and a manager or owner accepts and signs the purchase order. The advertised mileage represents the actual miles when the car was placed on ebay. These vehicles are test driven and actual mileage may differ at time of sale. The Deposit: Please be ready to place a deposit within 72 hours of auction's close. All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the end of auction. Tax, Title and License: Florida residents are responsible for applicable sales tax in your county as well as title and licensing fees.
