1998 BMW Z-3, excellent condition with low mileage for the year. I purchased this vehicle on Ebay approxmately 7 years ago and have used it as our fun time getaway vehicle. The car had approximately 44,000 miles on it when we purchased it from the son of the gentleman that owned the car originally, as part of the estate sale. The car currently has 53,302 miles on it, so you can see that we used the vehicle sparingly. It has never been in an accident since we have owned the car, nor do I believe it had been in an accident previously. We have maintained the car mechanically during our ownership and actually never had a mechanical failure of any kind during our ownership. outside of a few minor scratches, and a broken guide for the driverside seatbelt ( a plastic guide that holds the seatbelt when not in use), I cannot think of any problems that the buyer would encounter. The car has new tires (less than 2 years old), on the back and still has the front tires that were on the car when I bought it. Both sets are in good condition and have ample tread. The lights that show the mileage in the dash have quit functioning but you can still read the mileage. I have no idea what a repair cost on this would be but, I assume not a great deal. We had the top replaced in 2007 because the rear window had come lose at the stiching on the bottom of the window. The top was replaced with a BMW top, same as original. The car has a BMW car cover and comes with an original 6 CD player mounted in the trunk. The radio is equiped with AM/FM and also has casset capabilities. My reason for selling the car is that I no longer have room for the car, we live in a condo complex and parking is a premium.
