This auction is for a beautiful 2001 BRABUS CL 5.8 One of many Mercedes from my personal collection, this vehicle is being offered for sale with all services up to date. The car is finished in one of the most desirable color combinations, Silver with Anthracite (Black) interior. The vehicle has been taken care of per Mercedes-Benz reccomended service schedules by Mercedes-Benz Orlando, Maitland. The engine is strong and powerful, the transmission shifts smooth, and the A/C blows ice cold, even in the hot summers we have here in Florida. This car is free from rust, and spent its whole life in warm weather in California and Florida. The car has never been in an accident, and does not appear to have any paintwork. This car is a factory tuned BRABUS vehicle. It was originally purchased directly from Mercedes-Benz Germany by Brabus, tuned in house and then offered for sale at an original sticker price of $210,000. The CL is the flagship coupe offered by Mercedes with alot of special ammenities. All power options are standard, along with a glass sunroof, cd changer, and factory Navigation. This vehicle is also equipped with rain-sensing wipers, headlight washers and Xenon headlights. This car has many upgraded parts during its conversion. The most notable upgrade on this vehicle is the motor. The engine has been replaced with a hand built Brabus 5.8L V8. This 427hp motor, gives it rocketship like power, yet still takes advantage of well tested Mercedes engineering. Brabus starts with a factory fresh Mercedes 5.0L V8 engine, and upgrades from there. The biggest benefit aside from durability, is servicing can be done by any qualified Mercedes-Benz mechanic. In addition to the upgraded motor, Brabus has fitted the car with an upgraded transmission to handle the extra power, along with upgraded suspension components. The final touch is the installed Brabus lowering module which gives the vehicle a lower stance, and better handling. This car has orginal Brabus front & rear bumpers skirts, along with matching side skirts. The exhaust has been replaced with Brabus quad-tip mufflers. The wheels are upgraded to authentic Multi-Piece Brabus Monoblock VI 20" rims Mercedes Benz made sure to put some nice finishing touches on the interior of their flagship coupe as well. These include leather wrapped seats and dashboard with hand stitching. The dark ash interior color is accented by rosewood and chrome trim thru out the car. You can tell no expense was spared in the fine quality materials used on the interior. The interior has many cosmetic enhancements as well...
