1956 Ford F100. Total frame off nut and bolt restoration. This is a fresh meticulous restoration that has spanned over 2 years in the process. This truck has the appearance of a custom 56 with the reliability of a 2012. Every piece of this truck has been sand blasted and all rust has been removed or new metal has been installed. Frame has been fully boxed and braced. Rear suspension is a Heidts 4 link with chrome coil overs. Rear end is custom built Ford 9 inch big bearing that has been narrowed and has custom 33 spline Moser axles with 305 gears for comfortable cruising. Stock front suspension with 3 inch lowering leaf springs. Every component has either been refurbished or replaced with new. New drum brakes all around with new lines, master cylinder and custom through frame front brake lines with wilwood hydraulic line lock on rear. Wheels and tires consist of 15x8 Wheel Vintiques chrome smoothies with painted centers to match body and Ford script center caps wraped with BF Goodrich 2.75" wide whites Silvertown radials made by Coker tire. New GM Goodwrench pre 1987 crate motor(high nickle content) bored .030 over with newer model vortex heads with matched custom ground cam and pete jackson noisey gear drive(not too agressive but just the right amount to get your attention) and high rise single plane intake topped with a Holly Street Avenger 670 4 BBL double pumper. Custom chrome plated shorty headers with 2.5" exhaust and thrush performance series mufflers dumped before rear end .Engine was assembled using a build sheet from HotRod.com. that produced 400+ HP. We have not Dyno'd this beast but is has the power. Billet Aluminum matching valve covers and air cleaner and Billet Specialties serpentine system. Custom PRC aluminum radiator rated at 800+ HP matched with a BeCool electric fan. Motor is mated to a World Class Tremec T-5 5 speed trans with Hydraulic Clutch and custom built high torque drive shaft. Interioir has been completely restored. Heat and sound deadening insulation, new carpet, custom shifter and boot, and restored seat and head liner. All new tinted safety glass and seals along with all new door hardware inside and out. Dash has been shaved and switches relocated and Dakota Digital Gauges hidden behind smoked glass to prevent glare. All new custom built 24 circuit wiring harness capable of all power acessories you might want. New 18.5 Gal fuel tank has been sealed and painted. All rebuilt steering box with Wood and stainless Ford licensed steering wheel. Body stripped to bare metal and all parts reworked. Brand new front fenders, MAR-K Bed,Tailgate, front valance ,cab corners ,rockers ,cowls and front locking plate. Hood and grill have been shaved for clean lines, as well as the dash, removing ashtray and relocating switches. New red oak bed and polished Stainless steel strips and bolts. Top and bottom of bed wood have both been polished. All body parts fitted, removed, primed, refitted, removed again and painted. Paint is DuPont Hot Hues, and the color is Crimson Splash.
