1964 Buick Skylark

Selling my 1964 Buick Skylark 2 door hardtop. Model "4337". Great solid GM 'A' body classic builder hotrod muscle car daily driver survivor project. Rebuilt matching #s 300ci V8, 2bbl, automatic ST300 2spd trans.Original "desert beige"-(RR code)exterior paint. - never repainted.Original green bucket seat interior.Solid body-always a California car. Clear title in my name Original owners manual with "protecto plate". Mechanical Engine runs well with only a few hundred miles since it was rebuilt by previous owner. New gas tank & sending unit, Rebuilt starter, alternator, new power steering hoses,belts. Transmission does not upshift properly until it is warmed up. Plan on a transmission rebuild. Steers fine and stops ok considering these are non-power brakes. Body Very solid body - only minor rust coming thru around the bottom of rear glass under the trim. R R quarter,bumper and taillight trim has minor damage. Solid floors, fenders, doors, roof, hood, rockers, quarters, factory paint still in trunk. Car has never been repainted. Glass is all good. Interior Drivers bucket seat has been recovered. Dash pad is good-not cracked.Original radio, knobs all intact. Much of the original green interior fabric is worn. Excellent builder/project car or daily driver. Body has just over 100k miles. Practically no missing pieces on entire car. My plans were to put a larger 425 nailhead engine in it with a TH400 (which i have available). BUT-Too busy and too many projects forces sale. I'm in the transport business and available to help if needed in shipping anywhere. Please ask any questions well before end of auction if possible. A deposit of $500 within 3 days of winning bid is required. Payment of balance is due in cash within 7 days from end of auction unless other arrangements are made.
