You are looking at a 1972 Volkswagen Campmobile.Also known as a Westefelia or Westy.This is a awesome find!!It has the pop top canvas with the upper hammock.It comes with the baby hammock for the front.AND!! It has the stool!!The bench in the rear fold to a bed also!Has cabinet spaces and a working refridgerator. Has the fold out table for dining.It is a manual transmission that works great!Has new fuel lines, brakes and tires are just a few years old.It has the 1700 cc engine (matching numbers). And a spare 1700cc engine for parts.The engines currently are out of the VW.The original engine has new single port carb setup as well it has been coverted to electronic ignition with a new distributer.The spare engine has the dual port carbs if you would like to change it back.The original engine is believed to loss compression due to a gasket..it is not seized. It was driven about a year and half ago to James dean festival in Indiana and MA motorworks festival in Illinois.The floor inside has been done with wood laminate and the headliner matches beautifully.The body has some rest and dings.You may come see this item in person before bidding.Item is listed locally and we reserve the right to cancel bids and end auction if sold locally.Will be posting several pics.Any questions please email.Thank you!!
