1967 Mercedes Benz 0 319D Diesel Omni Bus. (Last Picture is Another Picture of a Completed One, just for you to see it's potential....the first 4 pictures are of this vehicle for sale) This is a great restoration project for someone who would like something different from the Classic 23 Window VW / Volkswagen Bus Model, yet similar in design and function. This is an extremely rare vehicle which is very unique and much more valuable when completed. The engine is not running but there. The interior is not there. It has a roof rack that needs to be installed. It has rust, but since it was in California, it's at a minimum. I wanted to restore this vehicle myself, but just never got around to it, so, sadly it has to go now. I really don't think that this front engine will ever work again. It's been sitting too long. Your best bet would be to install a newer entire driveline...like say, from an '80 era 300D or SD car along with the trans. This is a front engine design and a Dual-wheel rear axle, rear wheel drive bus/van. The original engine only had about 50hp or something like that. I was never going to rebuild it. However, it is there. I lowered the reserve. Thanks!
