I have for sale a 1968 Ford Mustang Coupe. I have owned the car for 14 years as a secondary car. I put 12,000 miles on it. In my hand, I have the Kansas title for the car. The title shows a lien and has been RELEASED and NOTARIZED. Sometime within my ownership, I replaced the engine and transmission. Originally, it had a two barrel 289ci and a three speed. It now has a rebuilt 1987 302ci high output engine with a four barrel Holley and I put in a brand new five speed overdrive transmission built for a 1989 Mustang. I had overheating troubles somewhere around 1999. It got hot enough to crack the block in the 289. That is when I replaced the engine, installed a 3 core radiator, an electric cooling fan and an electric water pump. Never overheated again. Somewhere around 2003, the inside of the fuel tank rusted out and clogged everything up. I replaced the fuel tank, flushed the lines, installed a washable fuel filter, an electric fuel pump & the Holley carburetor. I haven't driven the car for several years now. I recommend that the car be trailered to its destination. The car is in need of a battery or jump start. It does start, run, move, & stop.
