VECHILE COMES WITH A TITLE./...............the vechile has 89 miles on it has not been driving on the highway.. the government purchased the car.............. did a crash test on it. because of condition of car stamped accross the title that it could not be used for highway use...I never asked them after it is repaired if i could registered it. I replaced the drivers door and fender and driver's door glass... it needs to the best of my knowledge a quarter panel, rocker,door panel, driver,s seat airbag,and dash repair
