Vehicle Detail

You’re looking at my rare, mostly original 1970 Plymouth AAR Cuda Survivor. This car is a desirable 4 speed, rallye red exterior, no vinyl roof with a black interior. There has been some touch up paint areas on the car but the original paint remains on approximately 70 percent of the car. The car has never been in an accident and is mostly original. The car is numbers matching, by this I mean that the fender tags are original and match to the car, the VIN on the dash is original and matches to the car, the door sticker is original and matches the car, the two body stampings are original and match VIN, the engine is original and numbers match to the VIN and the transmission is original and numbers match to the VIN. I do have the Broadcast Sheet. The radiator is original to the car. All stripes are original except for one strobe section on the passenger front fender. The paint and decals on the air cleanser are also original. When was the last time you've seen an original air cleaner including decals? Most have been restored. The car has some rust areas in the lower sections of the front fenders, rear quarters and trunk floor. The engine was rebuilt, a new Hayes clutch was installed, the exhaust is in good condition, the brakes were replaced, the transmissions shifts smoothly, the front suspension is tight. The car runs and drives well. The interior of the car is mostly original. Exceptions are the dash pad is new from Year One (Dash Tag has not been riveted onto new dash pad but I do have it) and the bucket seats sometime years ago were changed out for 1973 buckets. The carpet is original, the door panels are in excellent condition and original to the car. All gauges work, speedometer works, all lights work, emergency brakes works. The am radio is not hooked up, I don’t know if it works. The fender tags read as follows: V6H Y05 26 EN1 J82 M21 M88 N44 N94 R11 FE5 A53 B51 C55 G34 J45 FE5 H6X9 000 331 101862 E55 D21 BS23JOB 289538 TRANS AM V6H – Stripes Black Longitudinal Sport Tape Tans Am Y05 – Build to Spec’s for U.S.A. A copy of this report is available upon your request. The buyer of this car has a unique opportunity. Being such a desirable automobile the new owner can either keep it in its current condition or perform some body and paint work to the lower areas of the car, do some interior work keeping it a mostly an original survivor or restore the car. Being that the car is mostly original you know exactly what the car is before you start. Either way you go you will end up with a beautiful example of one of the great cars produced in the muscle car or any other era. This car is for sale locally, I reserve the right to end the auction for any reason. This car is being sold as is with no express or implied warranty. I reserve the right to cancel bids with negative feedback or no feedback. Please do not Bid if you don’t expect to buy this car.
