I am selling my Boxster for a couple reasons, first we bought a new BMW and we do not need 4 cars so I am selling 2 of them. Secondly I had back surgery last year am 6'3" and 250lbs and while getting in and out is not hard it is uncomfortable for me because the seat only goes back so far in a convertible. The car sat for almost 5 years and I bought it from my dealer that was sold. There will most likely be a mileage discrepancy of 3k as when I paid the dmv clerk at work and when she asked me what the mileage was i said 94k instead of 91. No for the good and the not so good: New front tires, Oil seperator, T-stat, Mobile 1 oil change at 92k, new battery, new stereo. Needs a steering wheel because horns don't work and Airbag lite came on while I was testing. I have the steering wheel but didn't install yet, and airbag lite will need to be reset. It will also need an engine compartment cooling fan sensor,it doesn't overheat but the light flashes when the temp gauge approaches half. It needs a front left wheel bearing which I also have but haven't installed the car is driveable. The engine light is on and set a cam sensor code, this would need to be replaced also. The keys will need to be initialized as they lost the memory from the alarm. Now for the engine, I put the motor in since the original was blown. I used everthing from the 3.2 right up to the intake manifold. The only thing I used from the original was the intake tubes and throttle body which I modified . This car is very fast, I believe a combination of the 3.2 intake and smaller 2.7 throttle body it has changed the air flow through the intake. The interior is clean with no tears or excessive wear. I had the hood and front bumper painted and other than that there are only a few dings here and there.
