2006 Honda Accord Hybrid 3.0 V6 – VIN JHMCN36446C000244 For your consideration is my showroom clean, low mileage Honda Accord Hybrid – you can be responsible to the environment while not sacrificing performance, driveability, or driving a Prius!! The Accord Hybrid stands apart from other Hybrids with its V6-Hybrid combination powertrain aimed at improving performance and mileage simultaneously while also having such great features as actual gears in the transmission (versus those asthmatic-feeling CVTs), electrically-powered airconditioning and steering, and auto-stop that turns-off the motor instead of wasting gas and creating emissions when you're sitting still! This car has been my faithful daily driver enabling me to drive solo in the HOV lanes in Northern Virginia due to it qualifying for Virginia "Clean Special Fuel" plates (only the 2006 and 2007 Accord Hybrids qualified, not the 2005s). I know several other states offer similar HOV exemptions as well. It's a great car, and literally needs nothing - I am just in the fortunate position to have received a brand-new company car meaning that I don't need to keep paying for this one. I really hope it will go to a good home, as it has treated me very well and really does look and feel like a car with maybe 15,000 miles (due to a couple of small dings and driver's floor mat that shows a little wear. The tires have about 6,000 miles on them, and the car just this month passed the stringent Virginia safety inspection. On the inside, this car is in spectacular original condition, not having suffered from the abuse and horrific odors from careless owners that so many used cars suffer from. The radio/CD Changer/Satellite radio, heater, air conditioning, locks, sunroof, and heated seats all work as they should, and the car has an iPod/iPhone hookup connecting it to the factory stereo (while allowing you to charge at the same time). The vast majority of the time spent in this car has been just a driver riding solo such that the remainder of the seats don't show even the slightest patina of use. This car has obviously never been smoked in. Outside, the car is remarkably straight save for a few small parking lot dings, and the finish carries a nice, consistent shine with so sign of previous damage or repair. The lights and lenses are all clear and functional, and the wheels are unblemished. The motor starts and runs perfectly. The power steering functions properly, and the 5-speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly. There are no hybrid-system issues and the batteries seem to be in fine order. The oil and filter were changed about 1,000 miles ago with Mobil 1, and there are no odd noises or whines from the driveline. The brakes are in good condition and do not pull. The brake pedal is appropriately firm. If not for my new car, I would have no problem driving this car for 200,000 miles or more (look around - they get to that kind of mileage)!! Please keep in mind that this is not a new vehicle and that it is sold as-is, where-is with no warrantees implied, stated, or otherwise intended.
