Accident damage - needs work - not running - please read full description. - tow from philadelphia pa 19120Buy it now $1400--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2001 GMC Savana 3500 Extended Wheel Base CARGO VanHigh output 6.5L Turbo Diesel40,000 miles on NEW Jasper transmission I invest in homes doing minor repairs and one of my guys who drove this van from Washington DC back to Philadelphia crashed it into a light pole one night. About 2 days later I discovered what had happened and the van was towed back to my property. There was no police report and I did not report it to my insurance company because I do not have comprehensive nor collision. I only have liability on it due to the high mileage, age, and low cost of the van. It has front end damage that probaly exceeds the value of the van and in addition the van no longer starts. I have not taken it anywhere to get estimate for the cost of repairs but I'm sure it exceeds the value of the van. I assume the van lost fluids during accident which resulted in a disabled engine. Therefore I am selling it as-is not running for salvage. Its up to you if you want to use it for parts or repairs. The transmission on the van alone is worth $2000-$3000 as its a Jasper unit for 2500/3500 Chevy/GMC cargo vans. Prior to accident van was running great. It has air conditioning, radio, and drives smooth. I believe the only issue is some tears on driver seat, the vinyl wrap on the passenger rear window is starting to blister, and the door handle for the side door is broken. MUST BE TOWED - DOES NOT RUN - MUST BE TOWEDIMMEDIATE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $280 MUST BE MADE IMMEDIATELY AFTER WINNING AUCTION.THIS WILL SECURE YOUR BID FOR PICKUP.I am not including any extra paper work with the van.
