Auctioning off a solid, great running survivor. 100% rust free with original paint. Never been hit; no body work. Paint is waxed thin in several spots. Shiny steel frame with no scale. Shiny original exhaust which is nice & quiet. All glass is good. All 5 original factory rally wheels. Tires are old and worn – the car drives on them but I wouldn’t take on a road trip without replacing them. Original 350 engine with no alterations except an Edelbrock carb and air cleaner. Air conditioning removed but it’s all in the trunk - have to assume that the a/c compressor gave out and needs to be replaced. Good oil pressure and runs cool. Has firm shifting. Motor is strong and quiet running. Has had a recent tune up and new starter. Optional swivel seats work well. Seats have been reupholstered in cloth, in nice condition. Headliner has 2 or 3 small holes by the interior light, but is quite usable as is. Dash has large crack between 2 gauges – see pic; has a dashpad cover. Door panels are nice. Carpet is original and usable. Original console is unaltered and in excellent condition. After market cassette deck in dash -- appears to be in the original stock hole (i.e., not cut), but I can’t say for sure since I don’t know what the stock radio looked like. After market gauge cluster that works correctly. Both front windows function correctly. Odometer reads 62K miles. Was told when I got the car that the miles were actual, but unfortunately, the previous owner allowed the AZ title to be marked Box C – Miles Exempt. Even so, minimal wear on the brake and accelerator pedals and the remaining original paint on the engine block and valve covers lead me to believe what I was told. Great opportunity to own a mostly original and unmolested collectible car for a reasonable price.
