Vehicle Detail
Available is a 1973 Dodge Charger SE. I bought this from my neighbor who was using it as his daily driver. This is easily a $10,000.00+ car, but I got a good deal on it and I'm passing it on as a good deal for the next person to enjoy. It is a 318 with AT, PS, PDB, A/C. I have receipts that total over 12, 000 dollars for engine rebuild, transmission rebuild, new interior, exhaust, new shocks and bushings, new brakes, all in the last 3 years. The PO also located and installed a NOS power steering box. I also have the factory build sheet that was under the carpet when it was replaced! This classic is very reliable and very fun to drive. The vinyl top is in great condition, and all the glass is good. The doors have new pins and have no sag and close well. The SE is rare and has a great look with the side opera windows. Mechanically the car is excellent. It starts first time everytime, all the lights work. The trunk and pan are in great shape with the original factory mat and complete jack. All the glass is good, the windows roll up and down with ease. The radio has static, the heater core has been bipassed, and the A/C needs a shot of R12 or needs to be converted to 134a. There is some minor rust and a few bubbles at the bottom of each rear quarter behind the tires (it's hardly noticable). The rest of the car is very solid. It has all it's original panels and has never been in any accidents. The paint is a great 10 footer, but is an older paint job of the original color, and has chips and scratches. As a driver it is fine, but if you were going to restore this car, paint is all it really needs. All the major systems have been replaced. These SE's are rare and with the Black exterior and period Keystones it looks mean. Fly in and drive it home. Feel free to have a mechanic do a pre purchase inspection, or come by and check it out yourself. It is garage kept. This is a rare opportunity and an inexpensive entrance into the muscle car world. You'll have a hard time finding a better value on this vintage car! I require a $500.00 non refundable deposit within 24 hours, and the balance within 48 hours via wiretransfer or bank check. Ask questions before you bid. All questions will be answered. Sold with clear title. If you have negative or zero feedback, contact me before you bid, or I'll retract your bid, sorry no exceptions. Thank you!
