Thank you for considering this fine Plymouth Barracuda Convertible. This is an original mileage unrestored "Time Capsule". It may have been resprayed at some point prior to my purchase in 2006, however, the door jams and engine compartments are all original along with the entire interior - which apart from needing a little bit of TLC is extremely nice. There is no evidence of rust or collision damage. This was known as a "gentleman's muscle car". The mileage appears, from title to be original. The condition of the vehicle seems to correspond with the mileage. I purchased this vehicle from an estate in the state of Washington. The build sheet is still located under the rear seat, it is visible from the trunk, I have never bothered to remove it. The fender tag is still attached and appears to have never been removed. Engine - this is the small block 318 with a two barrel carburator. Gas mileage should be in the 20-21 mpg range. It starts and drives like a brand new vehicle. I have just today purchased a new battery and it will come with a 3 year warranty (battery only). The windshield washer bottle has cracked and no longer holds water, thus I can't guarantee that the washer for the windshield operates properly. Interior - The seats are very good with no tears or rips. No real signs of wear. The carpets are in nice shape. There is a little bit of corrosion on the interior metal trim around the console and dash. The dash itself has no cracks. Exterior - The soft top appears to be original as it is showing it's age. The top is power operated and works perfectly. There are cracks around the rear window and is no longer water tight. I keep it in the garage and the buyer will need to do the same, at least until a new top is installed. When I washed it this weekend, the interior got a little damp as did the carpets. There are two minor chips in the windshield. All lights, blinkers, buzzers, wipers work properly as you would expect from such a low mileage vehicle. Transmission - This is a console automatic, I believe it's a 3 speed automatic. Everything shifts as it should. This is an honest evaluation, all facts are to the best of my knowledge. I will allow any inspections and will assist with delivery, however, the expenses for shipping is to be born by the buyer. I have clear title and the vehicle is located near Norfolk, VA.
