1987 Mercedes-Benz 190D: 2.5 liter 5-cylinder non-turbo diesel engine/4-speed automatic transmission. 177,000 miles. Runs strong. Motor and transmission are excellent. Body is solid. Paint is a little faded. Great fuel economy. I regularly get 35 mpg combined city/highway. I recently bought a 2004 Jetta TDI, so I no longer have a need for the Mercedes. It will need a set of glow plugs, but it still starts ok. Also, the ignition switch was broke when I bought it. It still starts with the key, but you can also start it with a screwdriver if you want. I believe it also could use a lower ball joint on the front (there's a vibration above 55mph). Overall, it's a great running car that you can drive everyday, and with a little tlc, be something really nice.
