Vehicle Detail
1988 Chevrolet Blazer, 79,990 Original Miles, Zero Accidents, No Rust, Outstanding Condition! This truck was owned and operated by the Novato Fire Department for the majority of it's life. It still has the "ST1" (Station 1) sticker on the driver side rear window. The removable fiberglass top has the outline of "12" for truck no. 12 that can still slightly be seen. It has been well maintained and cared for throughout it's whole life. It is in outstanding condition, there is no rust on this truck! The truck is equipped with a 5.7L Throttle Body Fuel Injected V-8 matted to a 700-R4 automatic overdrive transmission. Both have 79,990 original miles and run like new. It has been upgraded with a newer paint job (done by previous owner), new 6" procomp lift, 35" BFG Km2 Mud-Terrains with only 800 miles, new Warn premium manual locking hubs, new Energy Suspension polyurethane motor and transmission mounts, new cataylitict convertor and exhaust, new front and rear drive lines and U-joints, extended brake lines, new detachable face JVC CD player with a hard wired I-Phone / I-Pod connection and Blue Tooth Microphone for hand free use, it has a new heater core and the AC system has been overhauled and recharged with 134a refrigerant. The heater system / defroster works great in the winter and the AC blows cold air in the summer. The truck is equipped with a rear tow hitch, air bags on rear suspension, and locking rear end. Interior is in good condition and features a power rear window and fold down rear seat. This truck is very capable off-road and has only done a few light trails since it has been lifted. It has never been taken in the sand or mud. The removable fiberglass top and all weather stripping are in excellent condition and the truck has zero leaks. To my knowledge the top has never been removed. It is rare to find a original Blazer with this history that is still in this condition! Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
