He got it from his brother who had it for many years. This is an older restoration. Only 5900 miles has been put on the truck since it was restored. When it was restored, it was all completely gone through. Everything was new. The body on this truck is the straightest body I have seen on a vehicle this old in years! All fenders and quarters are laser straight. Paint is showing some age, but still looks great! Interior looks great!!Undercarriage is clean. Bone dry. This truck drives PERFECT!!! No issues. Previous owner had it all looked over, complete tune up , oil changed etc, before he sold it. It is ready to go. Needs nothing! Color is Silver over Dark Charcoal Metallic. Below is info on truck. Two-Tone Metallic paint with Lots of Stainless Steel & Polished Aluminum inside and out. Motor = Ford 289 bored out to 302,professionally built and balanced by Ethan Jones. Has new Crank Rods, Bearings, Pistons, Rings ,Heads, Valves, Springs, Rockers, Push Rods,Crane Cam and Lifters, oOil Pump, Water Pump,Mallory Comp,9000 Dist. Accel Coil, Holley Carb, Intake with Hedman Headers. Transmission = Ford C-4 Custom built with 3 Phase Sift Kit, High Volume Pump,Polished Fliud passages, New Flywheel, Torque Converter and B&M Star shifter. Suspension, Front = New Mustang Independent Front Suspension, Disc Brakes, Power Steering,and Tilt Wheel Suspension, Rear= 9 inch Ford, Axles , Drive Shaft, Springs, Shocks . All rear end components and Gas Tank, Heater Core and Motor, Wiper Motor, Stereo and Gauges were all new and installed within last 2 years. This is a very dependable truck that can be driven daily.
