This 996 is solid, has a factory replacement engine which cures the early 996 MS failure issues, and should easily sell to the right enthusiast who recognizes all the work put into this Porsche. Engine part number is 996-100-996-NX which was developed by Porsche in 2004 to prevent MS failure and resulting engine failure. New clutch and flywheel, over $18,000 in engine work alone, I have all receipts! The new engine was installed in May of 2009 and just last month received the 10k miles maintenance service. Other recent upgrades within the last few months are listed above, and include new tires and wheels (19 inch), new HR Club Sport coil over suspension, new Sparco Pro2000 driver seat.
