Please look at all the pictures post, including the pictures of the underneath. There is NO RUST. The car comes with a clear AZ title, it will be signed and notarized open title. . This car is being sold as is. I have only driven this car for about 40 miles, which included 75 mph on the highway. It runs, drives, shifts and brakes very nice. The engine is a 5.0 (olds 307) engine that runs very smooth. With that being said, this car was last registered in 2004 by the previous elderly owner, because it failed emissions due to the "service engine light" being on. They did not want to mess with it, and just parked it. The little bit I drove the car, the "sel" only came on briefly. and turned off. I did run the codes, and two codes came up. Code 13- o2 sensor, and Code 21- TPS. I am including both these new parts with the car for you to instal. Like I said, the car runs and drives very nice. There is no smoke, or drive-ability problems that I noticed for the short time I drove it. Also, there is no key for the door locks. One would have to be made. The odometer appears to be stuck, but the speedo works. The gas gauge appears to be pegged on full. . I am being as honest as I can with this car, but realize that I have very limited seat time in the car, and the car sat quite a while, so your inspection is encouraged. This is a legally binding contract and by bidding on this item you agree to the following terms. This also applies to people with less than a 10 feed back rating. This vehicle is sold as is as seen with no warranties. Bid what you are comfortable with bidding. There is to be a $300 non-refundable deposit to be made within 48 hours of the close of auction. This deposit will need to be made by Paypal (Paypal from a confirmed address will only be accepted for the deposit) immediately at the close of auction. Regardless of form of payment, it must be cleared and verified before vehicle and title will be released to its new owner. The balance is to be paid within 5 days by US Postal Money Orders Only (NO Paypal for the remainder). The vehicle should be picked up within 7 days in Phoenix, AZ. Arrangements for storage longer than 7 days needs to be made before you bid. Unless other wise agreed upon in writing, Storage fees for day 8 to day 14 will be $10 a day, day 15 to day 30 will be $25 a day, for a maximum of 30 days after the end of the auction. If the car is not picked up with in 30 days, the purchaser is in DEFAULT, and FORFEITS all monies paid. Transfer of ownership is not completed until possession is taken of the vehicle. Title stays with me until the vehicle is out of my possession. This is for liability reasons and incase of default. I assume no responsibility for the damage or theft to vehicle while in vehicle is in storage. If you default on any aspect of this legally binding contract, you agree that a minimum of $300, or all monies paid, which ever is higher, will be a default fee paid to seller. You also lose all rights to the vehicle. Any cancellation of bids for any reason after 24 hours of making them, will not be accepted. Cancellations in the last 12 hours of the auction will not be accepted. If there are cancellations during these times, a $300 default fee will be paid to seller. Any legal action will be handle in accordance with Arizona law. By bidding on this auction, you agree that if there is any litigation it will be decided in the jurisdiction of Maricopa County, Arizona. I have a clear open signed and notarized title.
