If you want to make the car as good as new, then replacement quarter panel arches are $60 for a pair. I have used these arches before on my other Hondas. They are good quality metal. The rockers have some minor rust issues, again the replacement rocker pieces are $40 for a pair. For me the car was purchased as a winter car, I was concerned about the mechanical quality and less about the cosmetic quality.
