You are looking at a 1973 VW THING!! This is a one of a kind custom Thing that has been turned into the most desirable Thing on the planet. HiFonix Txi6408 and Hifonix Txi6008 * Grant Steering wheel & EMPI Shifter The one thing this car does not come with is a top. Since the windshield has been chopped a standard VW Thing Convertible top will not fit it. I spoke with my local VW shop and they said you could order a VW Thing top and have it modified easily to fit. I have only driven it in the summer and never in the rain. The entire frame, interior, engine compartment, front trunk have been Rino Lined to prevent rust. This Thing should last for a very very long time!! Cars like this are not easy to get a traditional loan for at a bank. If you plan on having this shipped, be sure you are using a covered car carrier since this vehicle does not have a convertible top. Please do not bother with low ball offers or scams. I do not have to sell this vehicle and I have a lot of experience buying/selling collector cars. If you need help arranging pick up and delivery, I can help, but the cost is the responsibility of the buyer. The actual mileage is unknown.
