For sale I have my personal 1997 GMC 4x4 Yukon. This vehicle is driven daily. My only reason for selling it is the fact that I've recently begun to drive sometimes more than 400 miles per week. This is not really the type of car for that purpose. I wanted to hang on to it as this model is going to be a collectors item in the future. The vehicle comes equipped with factory A/C, C/D Player, Driver's side power seat with lumbar, Cruise Control, Power Windows and Locks, Power Mirrors. The interior is in very good shape for the age of the vehicle, there is visible wear and the beginning of some small cracks on the leather of the seats. However, the overall condition of the interior is good. The dash has no cracks, all the gauges work, the radiator is about a year old, the water pump, intake gasket, idler pulley were replaced about 2 months ago, lower ball joints were replaced at the same time. The engine and transmission were replaced by the previous owner with factory reman components. I never saw the paper work to back up that claim. The rear differential gear ratio was changed by the previous owner also for better gas mileage purposes. Therefore, in order to be able to use the 4x4 the rear ratio would have to be changed back to its' original, or the front one would have to be changed to match the rear. The tires are about a year old, the wear of the tires can be seen in the pictures, they still look relatively new. There is no rust on the body, the paint looks great and there's only one small dent on the hood of the car which can be repaired by one of those dent removal companies.
