I am listing this 1999 BMW 328ic with about 92,000 for a lady in Clearwater, Florida. She purchased another car, and does not need this anymore. Let me start by saying that I own a 1996 version of the same car, so I am a bit familiar with them. Mechanically this car runs very well. It's tight, drives & brakes straight, etc. Steering, and suspension are tight too. The A/C does not work. The engine light is on, but the car runs fine. More than likely it is some kind of oxygen sensor, or some other sensor. The control "brake light circuit " warning is on, and this is on in my car too, and it's also a common tale on these cars. The main issues with this Bimmer are the cosmetic kinds which are clearly shown on the attached images. The seats need attention, in particular the rear driver side seat. The convertible top needs attention too. It goes up and down electronically with a little help, but the new owner may want to address this. I think it's going to need a new top anyway. Top rear window has a few rips that have been taped as well. The body and paint job are in pretty good shape. Paint finish has a good shine, and the body panels are very straight (see images). Also, tires are practically new. I need to mention that the car was rear ended a few years ago, but it was professionally fixed as I can't see any evidence of the damage. All fenders, trunk lids are very even and flushed. Again, I could not see any signs of collision. Also, the dash under the dash cover has no cracks. The cover is there for protection. For what it's worth, if you can address the above cosmetic issues, and fix the A/C, I believe that this BMW can be put back to a very good condition with very little effort.
