1996 GMC Sonoma 4X4, 4.3liter engine, auto transmission, manual windows and locks, 284,000 miles, aluminum wheels, 31X10.50X15 tires with about 10,000 miles on them. This truck runs and drives great but has some transmission trouble now, it starting to slip in 3rd and overdrive all the other gears work fine in the transmission but I am pretty sure it will need to be rebuilt. I had hit a deer with several years ago, it did not affect the drivability it just has some hood, fender, grill, and bumper damage. The truck does have some rust above the wheels on the rear, but it hasn t peeled the paint yet, there is also some rust below the doors. I have driven this truck for 6 years and with no trouble till recently this is a very solid truck, the four wheel drive works along with everything else on the truck.
