You are looking at a true 1969 Dodge Charger RT This car was born as a RT 440 375 HP car w/ HD automatic transmission. I purchased this car from a guy that had plans to restore it for his son. He has owned it for 20+ years. He was in an auto accident and is unable to restore it, so I purchased it from him. I know very little about 69 Chargers, but I do know that they are a very sought after car and this one is in good condition and would make a great project car. Here is what I know: Body: The only rust on the body, as seen in the pictures, is on the driver’s side lower back quarter panel and rear back valance. Front inner and outer fenders are in great shape. Doors and rockers are in good shape There is one small rust spot on the passenger door. Roof is good. There is some surface rust around back glass. Front and back floors are good. Passenger quarter is good. Trunk lid good. Hood is good. All window glass is in great shape with the exception of the front windshield as it shows its age. It does need trunk pan. All windows roll up and down This car was a vinyl top car and has all the trim pieces for the top in the trunk. The best that I can tell, all other chrome is there. Stainless is in great shape. Headlights, taillights and parking lights are either on the car or in the trunk.All interior appears to be there.Arm rest and some trim pieces were taken off and are in the trunk. This car comes with two consoles. One is in the car the other is in the trunk. Motor: This car has the 440 motor, HD auto transmissions with console shifter. Rear end appears to be stock. Car does not have radiator, but has shroud. This car does not have a title, but was titled in NC in 1980. The man I purchased this car from was given a bill of sale at the time he purchased it, as the owner had misplaced the title. Years went by and he never pursued getting it. He is currently trying to locate it, but there is no guaranty he will find it. Because of this, this car is being sold with a bill of sale only, unless the title is found before auction ends and then it will be given to the new owner. The car is very dirty as it has been in a barn for 20 plus years. The pictures really do not do the car justice. So please bid with confidence.
