In Texas, most titles are held as collateral with the lien holder. Therefore in some cases the title may not be present at the time of delivery. While we usually have all titles in our possession, there are occasions when we may be waiting for them to arrive. Titles will be sent to our buyers via overnight delivery for proper tracking.
