1958 Buick 4dr Hardtop (no post) 42,530 ORIGINAL MILES on this beautiful chrome king, this car is in great conditions and ready for an easy restoration. I unfortunately have too many projects and hate to see this one go because of how good and original conditions it still maintains. Here is the overall on the car, originally from Virginia I am the second owner and the car has always been kept in covered area to prevent or slow deterioration. The interior is the factory one, as you can see the only visible problem is the stitching on the front seat needs to be redone to make it look the same again, factory fabrics and vinyl, and headliner is also the original a little dirty but no tears, does need the carpet replaced. The exterior of the car is very solid, no cancer, just very small areas that need some attention in the doors and on the one rear dog leg as you can see from the pictures, not much for a 54 year old car. The floors, chassis and complete undercarriage are clean and solid with no rust. The chrome has lost some of its luster and would need to be re-chromed but again it is in great condition, the pot metal has minimal pitting and any missing or damage moldings have replacement sets included in the sale of the car, you can’t lose, I did the leg work of getting it ready for restoration. Again the car has only 42,530 miles on it, I am almost sure that four of the five tires are the original ones since they have inner tubes still in them. The drive train original 364 Nail Head with Dynaflow transmission, both in excellent working condition no oil leaks, no smoke, no slipping of the transmission as a matter of fact a very fast take off from stop to driving. The car also comes with original working power brakes and power steering, everything in the engine is original and has never been touched; only the fluids have been replaced as regular maintenance like on any other car, all in solid working conditions. Original vacuum working windshield wipers (perfectly) and washer bottle also. What has been done to the car, I replaced the radiator with a brand new one matching the original one, the brake cylinders on all wheels, all brake shoes, front wheel bearings and all brake lines and hoses front to back are brand new. New fuel line from tank to engine oil filter and fuel filter. The exhaust is also brand new and made of aluminized galvanized steel identical to the original one that was on the car (dual exhaust) from the engine all the way to the tips under the back bumper. No broken glass, all original and sound. The electrical, all electrical works even the radio, turn signals, back up lights, t3 front lights, dash board lights, dome light, and even the ventilation fan. Also have an extra front and rear windshield in excellent condition and many many more parts that we can agree on for additional price and can be shipped with car if you want. Inspections are welcome and recomended so there is no excuses after you get the car.
