I bought it on ebay from a woman in Nashville who was selling it for her deceased mother-in-law who purchased it new and lived in Cleveland. It has been my reliable daily driver for the past ~5 years. Starts up great and gives a smooth ride. Passes City of Memphis annual auto inspection with ease. Air conditioner is working and blows cold with an updated compressor that utilizes today's standard refrigerant. The front seat skins are new replacements from World Upholstery (the previous ones were cloth and worn) and the rear seat cover is in the same style, but a vintage replacement. Headliner is in excellent structural condition (no holes or rips) but has some stains - especially on the portion of the sunroof that slides back (see photos). There is an occasional puff of smoke - only upon starting. There is a very noticeable buzzy/rattling noise from behind the glovebox area at around 55mph that I have not tried to diagnose (I live in town and rarely get on the freeway - so I don't often hit this speed).No power steering (never had it - this was an option in 1982).No fluid leaks (the spots on the pavement in photos are from water dripping off the car - I had just washed it).The tires are about 4 years old with about 5,000 miles on them.Paint is original and is in very good condition. No known wrecks.Lots of available maintenance records from my ownership and also past owner.
