This is a one owner delivery van which was used by furniture repair technician at my company. Van was well maintained and it is still in good condition, runs and drives great, however it does have some dings and dents and minor rusted spots. Engine starts up fine and there are no weird sounds coming through,transmission shifts and it drives fine, it is little rough when driving over bumps or dips, thinking maybe front shocks will need some attention in future. Tires have 75% life left on them. Inside seats ,dashboard ,door panels look good , windshield has no cracks, cargo area is in average condition,there is furniture repair glue spilled on passenger side rear console ( no biggie to remove ,just do not have time to deal with this now) cargo floor looks good (since it was always covered with wood ) driver side door panel is in good condition but little loose. Long story short there was never anything heavy carried with this van, ,just various parts of furniture, there are no major damages, just regular signs of wear and tear of company owned vehicle. Miles are 149XXX and that is main reason why it is up for sale. We do not keep vehicles that has over 150000 miles, even though they are in good condition. Van is sold AS IS and no warranty is given written or implied. It must be picked up within 5 days at buyers expense after auction is completed.
