Automatic Now this is a rare find. This 1995 Lincoln Mark VIII is in very, very good condition inside and out, and it runs great. It has obviously been very well cared for throughout its life. It has just 23,664 original miles on it. Being a Lincoln, it comes with a full slate of luxury and convenience features like leather seats, driver' seat memory, driver info center, auto climate control and more. This is a lifetime Florida car that has not been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. Please note that we are trying to be as complete in our description as possible. This is a REALLY nice example of a 1995 Mark with very low mileage on it, but it is NOT a new car. We know expectations will be high, so we are making note of some minor issues we normally wouldn't on a 1995 vehicle. As always, this car is available for inspection and test drive. We didn't find any dents or dings, and the Toreador Red paint shines brilliantly all around. All signs point to his car being garage kept. There is no paint fade anywhere. The Autocheck report shows no accidents, floods or any other problems. Exterior features include alloy wheels. There is some rippling of the rubber weather-stripping around the rear window. This is the norm for Florida Mark VIIs, and is apparently a heat-related issue. We've only seen one Mark VIII that didn't have this, and it was a northern car. There are no leaks - it is just a cosmetic issue. Keypad entry is a bid help if you locked your keys in the car, or if you just need quick access to something you left inside the car. The seats are leather of course, and they are in very good condition with no holes, cuts or tears. There's no sign of wear on the seats, and even the steering wheel looks pristine. The dash, carpets and head liner are all in very good shape. This car is very clean, and showing no signs of abuse. Both front seats have power controls, and the driver's seat has memory. The rear seat is also very nice. This Mark has a full slate of comfort and convenience features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; remote entry; JBL AM/FM/Cassette stereo; Tilt wheel; Cruise control; auto air conditioning; Rear defroster, and much more. Safety features include dual air bags and ABS. There are what appear to be small, fine nicks in the plastic trim piece at the top of the door panel. We're not sure if this has been nicked up, or if its an aging issue with the plastic. Its on the passenger side as well, but to less of an extent. The driver info center display a compass, trip computer, systems status and more. The "door ajar" message comes on when you first get in the car, but it goes off after a minute or so. There is also an auto rearview mirror and a HomeLink programmable gate/garage opener. The books are with the car. The trunk is clean and roomy. The original mats are with the car, and they are also very nice. This 4.6 liter V8 puts out plenty of very smooth power. Its rated at 280 hp and 285 lb-ft of torque. The wheels look great, and are in very good shape overall, but there are a few fine scratches. Current mileage on the car is 23,664. Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems. Currently, the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and West Virginia impose a sales tax on motor vehicles, but they DO NOT allow a credit for taxes paid to Florida. Residents of these states should be aware that they must pay sales tax to Florida at the rate imposed by their home state when they pick up and drive a vehicle from Florida and must also pay tax to their home state when the vehicle is licensed in their home state. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
