Vehicle Detail
Please read all information carefully. For auction with no reserve. 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis 4-Dr V8 auto Cloth gray interior. Interior is in very good condition for year of car. There are some tears on the back two sides of headliner by the rear window. In pics. the exterior needs paint. Not rusting, straight car and can't find past of any accidents. Chrome looks great. Clear coat, and paint is coming off, which looks bad, but is not causing problems. Engine runs strong. Starts every time the first time you touch the key. the tires are in good shape. car looks good and could be restored or parted out. Engine alone is worth more than my starting bid. THE BAD - The transmisssion is starting to slip. I don't want to get into a transmission issue, so I will just take what I can get for the car. The car still runs and drives. It does not accelerate well on the interstate when you stomp the gas. you can hear the RPM's rev up, but not much acceleration. MILEAGE - I am not sure about the mileage on this car. The odometer does not work, I was told it had about 72,000 on it when I bought car. The odometer is stopped at 02,000, which to mean means it has rolled over. So, it's a guess as to the mileage on this car. Please ask questions before bidding. If you want to see the car, please come before bidding. Winning bidder has bought the car. No returns, and no showing up and deciding you don't want the car. I have given all details that this is not a perfect car. A $150 deposit is required through paypal within 48 hours of auction end to cover listing and winning fees. the rest needs to be in cash when picking up car. Cash is not money order or cashiers check. Cash is cash. thanks for looking
