Up for auction is my nice 1936 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery. This is a steel car and not one Fiberglass part has been used. I have posted pictures of the car in it's stripped body so all can see the condition before painted. The car is painted top and bottom PPG FIre engine red. The underneath is smooth and and frame and floor boards painted. Check out the pictures and I think it speaks for itself. It does need a good cleaning underneath and a few touch ups. Nothing major ;-) Hand made billet front suspension full adjustable, A arms , spindles, caliper brackets . The chassis has had a super job done on the design and craftsmanship as you can see in the pictures. Four bar chrome suspension with trangular pan hard bar. Alden Eagle chrome shocks (just rebuilt last year). A Ford 9" with 3:50 gears. Brand new street/strip strange axles and bearings . 29x18.5 Rear tires and 185/15 Front tires . 15 " Weld rodlites with optional lug covers. Vehicle was tubbed to accept a 33" tires though tight and I feel are large for the car. Engine is a 502CI HO. It was freshened up 1 1/2 year ago and has had only a few thousand miles on it. A mutha thumpr Hydralic cam was installed . Edelbrock Air Gap intake. All new chrome components ( water pump , alternator , compressor , vlave covers , ect) . A PRC radiator and custom shroud made With electric fan that is wired for automatic control . The fire wall is stock and untouched other than being smoothed and made pretty. Vehicle is Dependable and drive anywhere. It has been on two 7 hour trips one way with no problem. This is a driver and a torque monster. The best of both worlds. Transmission is a 700R4, has a 9" 3200 stall is nice and tight and works great on the street. Mash it and it's right there. Car Cruises about 2000 RPM @ 70MPH. Body of the car has been modified with the usual street Rod mods. Shaved handles , smooth hood side with custom hand made latch set up, Wing windows removed. Rear hinges on back door hidden. Running Boards smoothed. One cool Mod is a 1935 Master grill shell and grill where installed. It was a factory chevy rust free shell. This gives the car a one off look all it's own. (I have a chrome master grill band that will go with the car, that way a factory grill insert can be used ) I might add that the body work and metal work on this car was grade A! These cars didn't have much chrome on them anyway . They where the vans of the 30s! Interior is all custom , mods to the dash hidden switch for that smooth look. A nice GM column installed. Has a 8 channel Auto lock remote system 4 channels being used for the windows up /down. 6 speaker stereo and amp hidden in the orignal storage behind the seat in the floor. Along with the battery. Car has a complete AC system but needs to be charges as the hoses and compressor are new and never charge. I am roll a window down type guy..LOL This is a super nice street Rod. A rare low production model and a steel example and the real deal not a clone. With a few updates this car could be over the top. I Have restored several cars through the years. This one by far is the nicest I have ever owned. Being a certified ASE master mechanic I know what a nice car is. If car doesn't sell my plan is to update the interior to leather and install chrome grill and band. This would make the car more attractive and up to date. Other then that It really doesn't need anything else. The interior and design is in great shape. Please feel free to ask questions and make reasonable offers.
